Add-Ons

The Product Add-Ons page allow you to easily create and manage Add-Ons.

Add-Ons are similar to product attributes like Size, Color, Weight etc. They are a great way to offer multiple options to a customer without needing to create many separate but similar products to choose from.

Add-Ons can also be used to sell optional items along with the product. For example you can offer batteries, memory sticks or carry-case with a camera listed on the product page. Add-Ons can be marked to be either required or optional.

Each Add-On has Add-On Values. For example, Memory Stick can have options for 1 gig, 2 gig and 4 gig. Add-On Values can be marked to be pre-selected when the Product page is displayed.

Add-Ons and Add-On values must be predefined before associating them to Products.
