Adding an account

To create a customer's account:

 

1.Login to the Multifront franchise administration website. The Dashboard page is displayed.

 

2.On the top menu, click Accounts under Order Management. The Accounts page is displayed listing all registered customers in the database.

 

3.Click Add Account on the customer account to create a customer account. The Add Contact Information page is displayed.

 

4.Enter the following details:

 

Company Name: Enter the company name.
Website: Enter this customer's Web address.
Source: Enter the source name, who referred this customer.
Under Login Information enter the following fields:

User Id: Enter an userid for this customer.

Password: Enter the password for this userid.

Security Question: Select from the drop-down list.

Security Answer: Enter the security answer.

Under Contact Information enter the following fields:
Email Address: Enter an email address.
Email Opt in: Select to send periodic emails and special offers.
Custom1, Custom2, Custom3: Use these fields to enter custom information for this customer.
Description: Enter a description for this customer.

 

5.Click Submit. The Accounts detail page is displayed listing the details of the newly added customer under the General tab.

 

6.On this page the following details can be managed:

 

Franchise Settings
Notes

 

 

7. To edit tracking status for this account, click on the Affiliate Settings tab and then click on Edit Tracking. The Edit Affiliate Settings page is displayed.

 

Use this section to set up tracking codes for this account. These tracking codes will attribute purchases made by other customers that have been referred by this account.

Enter the following details. Leave blank if not applicable:

Tracking Link (URL): Customers who visit your site using this link will automatically be logged as being referred by this account when they purchase. This will be automatically pre-filled after this account is activated (using the Partner Approval Status).
Commission Type: Select the commission type from the drop-down list. Enter the value in the adjacent field. This determines how much you will pay this account for referred sales. For example, for paying 10% commission, set commission type to Percentage and enter 10 in the adjacent field. Leave blank if not applicable.
Tax ID: Enter the Tax ID for this account.
Partner Approval Status: Set the Partner Approval Status from the drop-down list. Set to ACTIVE to start attributing visitors to this account.
Amount Owed: Displays the amount that is due to this account.

Click Submit. The Account detail page is displayed listing the tracking details under the Affiliate Settings tab.

8.To add a note for this account, click on the Notes tab and then click on Add Note. The Add Note page is displayed.

 

Enter the following details:

Note Title: Enter a title for this note.
Note Body: Enter a description for this note.

Click Submit. The Account detail page is displayed listing the newly added note under the Notes tab.
