To edit a tax rule:
| 1. | On the left Navigation pane, click Tax Classes under Settings. The Manage Tax Classes page is displayed listing the current tax classes for the storefront. |
| 2. | Click View on the tax class to edit its tax rule. Tax Class page is displayed listing the class details and its tax rules. |
| 3. | Click Edit on the tax rule. Edit Tax Rule page is displayed. |
| 4. | Edit the following details: |
| • | Rule Type: Select the rule type from the drop-down list. |
| • | Destination Country: Select a country from the drop-down list. |
| • | Destination State: Select a state from the drop-down list. |
| • | Destination County: Select a county from the drop-down list. |
Specify one or more tax rates below based on your regional requirements:
| • | Sales Tax %: Edit Sales Tax |
| • | HST Tax %: Edit HST Tax . |
| • | Precedence: Edit the number. This is the order in which this tax rule will be processed. |
| • | Include Taxes in Product Pricing: Select to include taxes in the product price. |
| 5. | Click Submit. The Tax Class page is displayed listing the newly edited tax rule. |
