Maintenance page is used to perform regular maintenance in your storefront like automatically resizing catalog images, delete catalog data and change administrator password.
In this section you will learn how to:

To perform these functions:
| 2. | On the left Navigation pane, click Maintenance under Settings. The Storefront Maintenance page is displayed. |
| 3. | On the Storefront Maintenance page, the following details can be managed: |
| 4. | To change the administrator password: |
| • | Click on the Security tab then click on Change Password. Change Password page is displayed. |
| • | Enter the following details: |
| • | Current Password: Enter your current administrator password. |
| • | New password: Enter alphanumeric characters only, of minimum 5 character length. |
| • | Confirm Password: Re-enter the new password. |
| • | Click Change Password. The Storefront Maintenance page is displayed. |

| 5. | For enhanced security, you should create a new encryption key instead of using the key that is included out of the box with Znode Storefront. To rotate key: |
| • | Click on the Security tab then click on Rotate Key. Key Rotation - Confirmation Required page is displayed. |
| • | Click Generate. Message displayed. |
CAUTION! Generating a new key will make previously encrypted data un-readable (for ex: Merchant Gateway Settings, SMTP Settings, etc). Key generation should only be done for a new storefront and should never be attempted on a storefront running in production.
Key generation will not impact customer or product data.

| 6. | To register FedEx® User: |
| • | Click on the FedEx® tab then click on Register FedEx® User. FedEx Register User page is displayed. |
| • | Enter the following details: |
Enter Billing Address:
| • | Click Submit. Message displayed. |

| 7. | To request FedEx® Meter Number (This is a one-time request, meaning that a customer needs to subscribe to the FedEx® services only once. A unique meter number specific to the customer’s FedEx® account number will be returned to the client.): |
| • | Click on the FedEx® tab then click on Register FedEx® User. FedEx® Meter Number Request page is displayed. |
| • | Enter the following details: |
Enter Billing Address:
| • | Click Submit. Message displayed. |

| 8. | To setup Quickbooks® company information: |
| • | Click on the Quickbooks® tab then click on Setup Quickbooks® company information. QuickBooks® configuration setup page is displayed. |
| • | Enter the following details: |
| • | Customer Sales Receipt Message |
| • | QB Company File full path |
| • | Order download request type |
| • | Sales Income Account type |
| • | Cost of Goods Sold Account type |
| • | Inventory Asset Account type |
| • | Click Submit. Message displayed. |

| 9. | To generate and download QWC file: |
| • | Click on the Quickbooks® tab then click on Generate and download QWC file. QuickBooks® Web Connector page is displayed. |
| • | Enter the following details: |
| • | Click Download QWC File. Message displayed. |

| 10. | To automatically resize all the images in the Original folder to thumbnail, small, medium and large sizes: |
| • | Click on the Miscellaneous tab then click on Batch Resize Product Images. Batch Image Resizer page is displayed. |
| • | Click Submit to confirm the delete. "The images have been successfully resized" message is displayed. |
Caution: The existing images in these folders will be overwritten and cannot be recovered!

| 11. | To delete all the catalog data from the database: |
| • | Click on the Miscellaneous tab then click on Batch Resize Product Images. Batch Image Resizer page is displayed. |
| • | Click Submit. Delete Catalog Data - Please Confirm page is displayed. |
| • | Click Submit to confirm the delete. |
Caution: This action will delete all the catalog data from the database. This action cannot be reversed!
