Upload Shipping Status

You can upload a list of shipment tracking codes (ex: FedEx or UPS tracking codes). Once the tracking code has been uploaded the order status will automatically be set to "Shipped".

 

To upload Shipping Status:

1.Login to the Singlefront administration website. The Singlefront Dashboard page is displayed.
2.On the left Navigation pane, click Upload Shipping Status under Data Manager. The Upload Shipping Status page is displayed.
3.Click Browse, under the Select CSV File section. The Choose file dialog box opens. Choose a location and enter the filename in .csv format, containing the shipping status, to upload. Click Open. The location of the file is now displayed next to the Browse button.
4.Click Submit. The Shipping Status is uploaded on the storefront and the the order status will automatically be set to "Shipped".
